Ş., which started production in a small workshop of 450 m2 in 1982 and, today, exporting to more than 90 countries with an annual production volume of 55 million linear meters in an area of 65,000 m2, is the number one supplier of coated fabric and technical textiles in Turkey and its nearby geography. Flokser Tekstil, which operates in the upholstery, clothing, shoes, bags, automotive, contract, medical, carpet and wallpaper industries, has been in Turkey's top 500 industrial enterprises since 1997 with its integrated facility for 24 years.
By investing in research and development studies with the first State Supported R&D Center in the industry; Flokser Tekstil takes innovative approaches towards the industry in which it operates, increases product quality and makes a difference with its pioneering mission in every field it operates.
Flokser Tekstil made its first joint investment with foreign capital in the Upholstery Fabric business in 2019. As a result of this cooperation with PIYI, which operates in Haining City, China and has an annual production capacity of 80 million linear meters of tulle dyeing and finishing, the Flokser-PIYI investment partnership started production with a tulle production capacity of 12 million meters. With this agreement, which is important because of PIYI’s first foreign (Turkey) investment, the Flokser-PIYI partnership breaks new ground and produces quality products.
Flokser Tekstil expanded its activities in the carpet business with the brand CARPETO in 2021 by developing the knowledge and experience it gained with the production of non-slip soles in 2016 in line with the needs of the decorative carpet industry.
